After moving from New Zealand to the US in 1993, Clay settled down in the Indianapolis area in 1997, where he spent six years working as an appraiser before transitioning into real estate sales. Today, Clay runs an office for Century 21 where he empowers his agents to improve their skills and grow their business through knowledgeable coaching. By utilizing his experience as both a broker and an appraiser, Clay offers a unique perspective for agents looking to understand the market and maximize their growth. In his spare time, Clay is heavily involved with MIBOR, where he serves as the 2023 Board President. However, as much as Clay loves his career in the real estate industry, there is nothing more important than spending time with family and traveling whenever possible.
