With over 30 years of real estate experience, Ed has a strong and diversified career portfolio combining legal, real estate and business expertise. He has served as a Director for the California Association of Realtors and has been on several committees for Associations at both the state and local level. In recognition of his contributions to organized real estate, Ed was named The Inland Gateway Association of Realtors 2012, Realtor of the Year. Currently serving on the National Association of Realtors MLS and Policy Committee, and the Professional Standards Committee for Tennessee, Ed continues in his service to the Realtor community. Prior to becoming part of the CRMLS team, Ed’s law practice focused on representing local REALTOR® associations, brokers, developers and landlords. Holding a Broker’s license since 2002, Ed has owned and managed both residential and commercial brokerage firms and is an active real estate investor. Ed still represents buyer’s looking for that perfect property in his hometown of Knoxville, TN. He also uses his extensive industry experience as a Mediator and Arbitrator assisting those in real estate disputes. Ed championed the creation of a real estate program at California Baptist University, where he served as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate.
