Merri Jo Cowen is the CEO for Stellar MLS, owned by 19 REALTOR® associations and boards representing over 80,000 real estate professionals in Florida and Puerto Rico. Stellar MLS is the third largest MLSs in the U.S. and the largest MLS in Florida. Merri Jo is actively engaged in the industry, including serving as a 2023 NAR Director and member of MLSIP, Florida Realtors committees, a Board member of the MLS Grid and ReDistribute. She is proud to be a past president of CMLS and to be recognized as the Dean of CMLX. She holds the CMLX3, RCE, C2EX, AHWD and RED designations.
