Richard Gibbens is MLS Director of Southwest MLS, the largest MLS in the state of New Mexico serving the Albuquerque metro and surrounding counties. A firm believer in industry participation and innovation, Richard has served on multiple workgroups and committees across CMLS, RESO, and NAR and holds the CMLX3, RED-B, AHWD and C2EX designations. Moving from their hometown of Panama City, FL in 2021, Richard, his wife Kayla, and his daughter Claire all agree that Green Hatch is the superior Chile, and are adjusting well to the low humidity and great weather of New Mexico. Richard is a Florida Gator alumni, an unfortunate Miami Dolphins fan, an avid AFOL (Adult Fan of LEGO), and enjoys traversing the great outdoors via hiking or off-roading in his Jeep.
