Shelley Specchio is CEO of MIBOR REALTOR® Association and the Brokers Listing Cooperative (MIBOR), the professional association representing central Indiana’s REALTORS. In 2017, she brought her desire to build and foster strong relationships and her dedication to a culture of excellence to complement MIBOR’s strong tradition of community involvement. Born and raised in Reno, Nevada, Shelley earned her degree from the University of Nevada and began her career in the real estate industry in 1994 with the Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS®. She went on to lead the Northern Nevada Regional MLS as CEO from 2008 to 2017. In 2015, Shelley was President of the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), the national trade organization that serves to advance the MLS industry and she was recently elected to return to serve on its Board of Directors. She has served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of REALTORS® and continues to participate on several NAR MLS committees and industry advisory committees. Currently, Shelley serves on the Board of Directors of the Broker Public Portal (BPP), the REALTOR Property Resources (RPR), and the MLS Grid. Locally she participates on the Programs Committee of the Indiana Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP). Together with leadership, Shelley and her MIBOR team focus on issues most impactful to their members’ businesses, homeownership, and the efficiency of the real estate marketplace.
