Stuart White is the President and CEO of Realtracs, Inc., a technology company in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) space. Realtracs provides the largest MLS in the mid-South, serving over 20,000 Realtors in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Georgia. A 27-year veteran in his role, White initially managed the regionalization of four MLS systems in 1996, creating a service for the Nashville/Middle Tennessee’s real estate market area. In 2023, Realtracs was awarded Technology Company of the Year by the Greater Nashville Technology Council.
